Saturday Open Sparring


This is a time to grapple, wrestle, box, roll, spar, workout, and enjoy the gym as you wish! And, since we’ve made it a “scheduled timeslot”, all the members know to meet to train together at this time!
No formal coaching takes place during this time, and all skill levels are welcome – Complete beginners to pro fighters. And it’s a great time to meet your team.
We`ve been told it’s our members’ favourite way to spend a Saturday afternoon!
