Heya yall…..I’m very happy to see so many people post their comments about my web-site and I really appreciate all the cool stuff and support given …….Calgary today 2deg. and cloudy , I’ve been training a few people today mostly just hangin and listening to some Acid Jazz. Man has my life ever changed since the days we use to sleep out front of a warehouse somewhere in BC. They’d open the doors, we found out who we fought in 8 hrs. Weighed in and returned that evening….(Fucked up I know).. Now I’m 37yrs old have my 4 boyz and live my married life training people here in town, with shit I use to go to jail for luv it . Don’t get it twisted my skill is still world class as I train every day with pro fighters. But I love the way I stay in shape with an activity I luv not just goin to the gym (UUUUUGGGGGG). Folks I got great news for u Easter is around the corner, if u haven’t noticed all the stores tend to think it’s already here LAMO. Which means summer is around the corner, ahhh theirs nothin like the sun on u all day.

We never thought that MMA would take it this far , I was the opposite of a winner remember when I use to eat Sardiens for dinner. So a few months ago I posted that,”spring and summer would b here faster than u knew” sure enough looks like an early spring. The teams here trains every day we get better every hour we add to whatever it is we do that week. This is single handily the secret of our success and that is not to weight or think about or talk about we’re all DO’rs…… even with no time on our hands. We have new people to our army literally every single day of the year. The MMA scene is huge and healthy here in Calgary.
